Field Service Technician - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Technician will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of RVM machines, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

• Repair and maintenance of RVM machines.
• Service, preventive work, and cleaning of RVM machines.
• Installation and disassembly of RVM machines.
• Optimization and setup of equipment at customer locations.
• Regular visits to clients according to assigned tasks.
• Administrative and operational tasks including order closure in the system.
• Collaboration with the technical support department for service-related issues.
• Participation in various interesting projects.

Requirements

• Technical secondary education (electricity, electronics, automation, mechatronics).
• Proficiency in English for working with instructions.
• Experience in a similar position.
• Able to work with electrical devices up to 400V.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Driver's license category B.
