Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist at Togetherwork, you will assist our Rec & Leisure business line by providing exceptional support to customers using our software for online registration and payment processing.

In Short

  • Provide top-notch customer support for software issues.
  • Assist clients with both process and business inquiries.
  • Ensure customer success and satisfaction with our product.
  • Respond to client questions via phone, chat, and email.
  • Collaborate with Development and QA teams to resolve issues.
  • Document FAQs and prepare knowledge-based content.
  • Document requirements and user stories for production issues.
  • Work part-time, 20-29 hours per week, with required shifts on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
  • Temporary position expected to end September 30, 2025.
  • Opportunity for growth within the company.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable providing phone support.
  • Ability to explain complex solutions to varied audiences.
  • Quick learner of software and operating procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexible schedule; availability on weekends.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving performance goals.
  • Team-oriented and adaptable to a changing environment.
  • Knowledge and passion for the dance industry preferred.
