Requirements

• 10+ years in growth marketing, product management, or GTM engineering.
• Track record of owning AI or GTM strategy end-to-end.
• Experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents.
• Proven ability to drive initiatives across multiple teams.
• Hands-on with AI APIs and agent frameworks.
• Strong builder fundamentals in SQL, Python, and API integrations.
• Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI systems.
• Exceptional communication skills for technical concepts.
• Track record of enabling others to change their workflows.
• Fluency with modern martech stacks.
