Overview

As an Enterprise Onboarding Consultant, you will be responsible for the implementation experience for our largest customers, ensuring a smooth transition and successful onboarding of new brands and locations onto the Toast platform.

• Own the implementation experience for enterprise customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years in customer satisfaction and business operations.
• 3+ years in project management or implementation roles.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in presentation software.
• Ability to work independently under pressure.
