In Short

• Responsible for building and executing field marketing programs.
• Partner with Regional Sales Leaders to create and execute marketing plans.
• Deliver regional programs including events, localized campaigns, and community initiatives.
• Develop tailored campaigns engaging prospects and customers.
• Track and analyze performance of field initiatives for optimization.
• Build community relationships to extend market presence.
• Manage budgets, vendors, logistics, and onsite execution.
• Work with sales leadership to understand market opportunities.
• Serve as the voice of the field to share insights with marketing teams.

Requirements

• 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B tech.
• High degree of curiosity and passion for field marketing trends.
• Track record of building impactful field marketing programs.
• Hunger for data and measurement expertise.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Experience with marketing technology (Salesforce, Marketo).
• Creativity and efficiency with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with geographically dispersed teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% for events.
• Bachelor’s degree, emphasis in marketing preferred.
