The Business Operations team at Toast is the critical link between our Sales and Onboarding organizations. We ensure that when a restaurant joins Toast, they do so with 100% data integrity. You will verify complex data points, review contracts for accuracy, and manage the technical handoff that allows our Onboarding team to bring the customer live.

In Short

  • Perform meticulous audits of new deals, verifying critical business information, ownership structures, and banking details to ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Review signed agreements and follow up on missing documentation or required forms to maintain strict deal compliance.
  • Utilize Salesforce and internal platforms to transition deals from the Sales cycle into the Onboarding pipeline, ensuring a clean and seamless customer journey.
  • Own the high-volume "sprint" at the end of each sales cycle to manage an influx of deals and ensure all customer contracts are processed by the month-end deadline.

Requirements

  • Based in the Pacific Time Zone or ability to work PST hours
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
  • Extreme attention to detail and meticulous organization
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence prioritizing and making time-sensitive decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and a strong sense of urgency
  • Relentless problem-solver
