General Counsel (Designate) - Remote

Overview

This position is for a General Counsel (Designate) who will lead the legal function of a remote-first video game publishing company and has a path to becoming the formal General Counsel.

• Lead end-to-end commercial and publishing legal work.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years PQE, preferably in-house at a video game publisher/platform.
• Strong negotiation experience under Delaware law.
• Experience in building templates and processes in a lean environment.
• Comfortable with remote work and documentation.
• Exposure to ratings, subscriptions, and cross-border issues is a plus.
