Senior Accountant (Part Time, Remote)

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to take ownership of core accounting routines and deliver timely, accurate financial insights across the business.

• Part-time remote position
• Responsible for month-end close and financial reporting
• Maintain the general ledger
• Conduct regular account reconciliations
• Manage timely filings of tax obligations
• Improve accounting processes in NetSuite
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience required
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
• Strong Excel skills needed

Requirements

• At least 5 years of accounting experience
• Experience with NetSuite is a must
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is helpful
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
• Ability to work independently in a remote team
