Software Tester Automation - Remote

Overview

As a Software Tester Automation, you will lead the requirements and specifications for our test cases and ensure smooth authentication on our platform. You have the freedom to work 100% remotely or use our TEAMocom Spaces flexibly on-site.

In Short

• Responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated End-to-End tests using Playwright in our TypeScript tech stack.
• Help build structured load and performance testing, utilizing tools like k6 and Artillery.
• Work closely with Dev, Product, and DevOps to integrate quality seamlessly into our CI/CD pipelines (GitLab).
• Contribute to the evolution of our test strategy in areas like Visual Regression and Monitoring as Code.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in E2E test automation, ideally with Playwright, or alternatively with Cypress or Selenium.
• Practical knowledge of load and performance testing using tools like k6, Artillery, or JMeter.
• Experience with testing methods such as Smoke Tests, Regression Testing, and Cross-Browser testing.
• Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript, as well as CI/CD environments (e.g., GitLab Pipelines).
• Ideally, experience with Testmo, Checkly, or Test Data Management.
• Strong English (B2) and negotiation-level German (C1) skills for effective team communication.
• Enthusiasm for actively shaping structures and processes, along with a self-reliant and responsible working style.
