Software Test Automation Lead - Remote

Overview

As a Software Test Automation Lead, you will drive the automation testing strategy for software applications, design and implement scalable automation frameworks, and supervise and lead a team of automation testers, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in QA roles focused on automation testing.
• Experience managing or mentoring QA teams.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium (Java), Playwright, Cucumber, and Gherkin.
• Proven track record as a Test Engineer in Linux or Windows environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze logs.
• Familiarity with Azure Test Plans, HP QC, and other testing platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, TFS, Azure DevOps).
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to write test scripts using BDD or TDD.
