Overview

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with French and international clients in the logistics sector, focusing on customer retention and market growth.

In Short

  • Manage existing clients in the French market.
  • Serve as the primary voice for the French-speaking logistics environment.
  • Work closely with internal teams throughout the customer journey.
  • Oversee operational day-to-day business based on sales KPIs.
  • Create presentations, proposals, and framework agreements.
  • Conduct annual meetings with top customers.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and conferences.
  • Fluent in French and very good English proficiency required.
  • Willingness to travel primarily within France.
  • Flexible working hours and hybrid work options available.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in sales or key account management in logistics.
  • Degree in marketing/sales/logistics or comparable qualification.
  • Very good market knowledge of the French logistics market.
  • Independent, communicative, and customer-oriented working style.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Class B driving license required.
  • Very good MS Office skills; experience with MS Dynamics or MS Power BI is a plus.
