The Senior Revenue Operations Manager at Time Doctor will lead the operational backbone of the Go-To-Market engine, focusing on rebuilding and optimizing HubSpot architecture and driving data-driven insights across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong spoken English skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in HubSpot.
  • Experience in Revenue Reporting and Forecasting.
  • Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills.
  • Deep hands-on HubSpot expertise.
  • Strong analytical capability to turn insights into recommendations.
  • Experience integrating multiple systems into a CRM environment.
  • Bonus: Experience with AI tools for analytics.
