Overview

The Revenue Operations Systems Manager at Constant Contact will play a critical role in connecting with GTM teams across Sales, Success, Marketing, and Enablement, driving operational excellence and enhancing operational processes.

  • Drive operational excellence across GTM functions by implementing efficient revenue processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze challenges and optimize processes.
  • Design and implement advanced Salesforce configurations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues using a JIRA ticketing system.
  • Define and document processes for the GTM organization.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth through optimization.
  • Support Revenue Teams across multiple geographies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or related fields.
  • 2 years of Salesforce administrative experience and certification required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Ability to create technical and process documentation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or BI tools preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and B2B SaaS metrics preferred.
