Category Manager - UK - Remote

Overview

The Category Manager will lead a category on the Tilt platform, owning the most important relationships with sellers and being the go-to expert for your category within the business. Your key goal will be to identify and execute on how to grow your category on the Tilt platform.

• Be the internal and external leader for growing a new fashion category on Tilt
• Build and own relationships with sellers and top strategic partners
• Use data analytics skills (SQL) to derive insights from projects
• Monitor KPIs to assess category growth and success
• Lead marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, analytics, and sales teams
• Solve problems quickly to ensure seller satisfaction

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced client-facing role
• Success working in cross-functional teams to build creative solutions
• A problem solver with a strong bias for action
• Strong relationship-building skills
• A good eye for fashion trends
• Data-driven mindset to track seller performance
• Ability to manage multiple sellers & projects
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Live, or livestream commerce is a plus
