In Short

  • Provide strategic leadership for the entire sales team, including Account Executives, Channel Managers, and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
  • Set and drive ambitious revenue targets for the EMEA sales team
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize team performance and revenue growth
  • Recruit, hire, and build a high-performing sales team through strategic talent acquisition
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development for team members
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support individual and team growth
  • Manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales objectives with overall company goals
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies accordingly
  • Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhanced effectiveness.
  • Travel as needed to customer locations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of sales leadership experience
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Experience managing multiple sales functions (Account Executives, Channel Managers, SDRs)
  • Experience managing all aspects of the team, including hiring, coaching and development, regular 1:1 sessions, and annual reviews
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
  • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree
