Senior Product Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

Tide is looking for an exceptional Senior Product Marketing Manager in our Member Accession Marketing area to own the marketing strategy for a number of products and propositions purpose-built for the new-to-market SME segment and to support the wider member onboarding strategy.

In Short

• Own the overall Product Marketing strategy with emphasis on customer validation and product messaging.
• Collaborate with Product to build features for members and translate them into market propositions.
• Coordinate GTM for features and launches ensuring teams are enabled.
• Develop value propositions informed by user research and market insights.
• Lead commercial discussions including business casing and financial forecasting.
• Apply data and research to drive decisions and ensure stakeholder discipline.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing.
• Experience building value propositions for SaaS products.
• Experience with the SME segment is essential.
• FinTech experience is a plus.
• Comfortable leading commercial discussions.
• Well-versed in product analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Experience driving adoption and scaling complex products.
• Understanding of CRM and Performance Marketing.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving company with changing priorities.
• Self-starter who works backwards from targets.
