This role is part of Tide’s Payments CRM team, where you will join a group of passionate marketers driven by collaboration, innovation, and ownership. Our mission is to help members save time and money, so they can focus on doing what they love.

In Short

• Manage and optimize CRM communications program.
• Develop and deliver engagement marketing CRM programs.
• Own a product area with a growth plan.
• Collaborate with a multinational team.
• Build and optimize cross-sell campaigns.
• Develop CRM test-and-learn pipeline.
• Analyze campaigns and report insights.
• Work closely with Payments Marketing team.
• Continuously seek optimizations and new ideas.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of CRM retention marketing management experience.
• Proven results in CRM program delivery.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms.
• Experience with BI tools for data analysis.
• Knowledge in segmentation and targeting.
• A/B and MVT testing experience.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Good Excel skills and reporting experience.
• Ability to handle multiple projects.
• Delivery-oriented and results-driven.
