As a Senior CRM Executive at Tide, you will play a crucial role in expanding and optimizing our CRM strategies to help small businesses save time and money.

  • Inherit and expand the existing communications program.
  • Develop the Investments engagement marketing CRM program.
  • Ownership of a product area with a growth plan.
  • Work in a multinational team focused on collaboration and innovation.
  • Build and optimize cross-sell campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Deliver a CRM test-and-learn pipeline across multiple channels.
  • Analyze campaigns and report on trends and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-business stakeholders.
  • Continuously look for optimizations and new engagement opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in CRM retention marketing.
  • Proven results in developing and delivering CRM programs.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Iterable and Hubspot.
  • Experience with BI tools like Looker and Tableau.
  • Knowledge of segmentation and targeting.
  • A/B and MVT testing experience.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Good Excel skills and experience with reporting tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to priorities.
  • Curious nature and attention to detail.
