Overview

As our Product Analyst, you will be at the heart of driving data-informed decisions across Tide’s suite of products. Your expertise will guide product strategy, ensuring that our offerings are not only effective but also aligned with our members' needs.

In Short

• Conduct hypothesis-driven deep dives into existing product usage data.
• Lead product experimentation efforts, designing and analyzing tests.
• Collaborate with product teams to establish and measure KPIs.
• Perform data deep dives to uncover opportunities for enhancing user experiences.
• Work with product managers to translate revenue goals into business KPIs.
• Establish and quantify the indirect impact of engagement-driven products.
• Leverage insights into user behavior to design experiments.
• Partner with data, engineering, and data science teams for analytics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics, preferably in digital or fintech.
• Excellent SQL skills and comfortable with complex datasets.
• Experience in A/B testing.
• Expertise in product strategy, experimentation, and prioritization.
• Deep understanding of consumer technology.
• Exceptional presentation skills and storytelling ability.
• Project management skills and outstanding people skills.
• Focus on enhancing user experience continuously.
• Action-oriented and excel at delivering results.
• Self-starter, capable of operating independently.
