Overview

As the Germany Country Commercial Manager for Partner Credit Services at Tide, you will lead efforts in developing the leading SME credit marketplace in Germany, focusing on revenue generation and team leadership.

In Short

  • Take ownership of revenue generation and financial targets.
  • Recruit and develop a high-performance Sales and Partnerships team.
  • Define and implement Sales and Marketing KPIs.
  • Build relationships with local partners and provide cultural insights.
  • Influence product and engineering decisions based on market needs.
  • Ensure compliance with German and EU regulations.
  • Report to the Country Managing Director and Global SVP.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Sales or Commercial experience in the German financial services industry.
  • Deep expertise in SME finance and lender products.
  • 3+ years in a people leadership role.
  • Results-driven with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly data-driven with financial analysis skills.
  • Experience presenting to Senior Leadership and C-Suite executives.
  • Ability to balance tactical execution with strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional networking skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred.
  • Passionate about customer service and small businesses.
