Overview

The KYC Quality Assurance Analyst at Tide will ensure the highest standards of accuracy and compliance within KYC processes, safeguarding the integrity of financial services by verifying customer information and adhering to regulatory requirements.

In Short

• Monthly QA review of mKYC and reKYC tickets.
• Proposes improvements to existing processes.
• Ensures accurate fulfillment of KYC analyst duties.
• Assists in preparing and improving procedures.
• Controls implementation of new procedures.
• Provides feedback on performance and compliance.
• Compiles statistics on KYC Department performance.
• Informs management of departmental issues.
• Keeps confidential information secure.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of KYC processes and AML regulations.
• Familiarity with QA methodologies and risk assessment.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills in English and German.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in reporting tools and KYC CRMs.
