Overview

Tide is seeking a visionary Director of Product, Transaction Monitoring to lead our efforts in developing cutting-edge solutions to combat fraud and non-fraud financial crime across our product portfolio of accounts, cards and acquiring.

• Own Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Transaction Monitoring & Fraud.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Advocate for user-centric design and research methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product launches.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance.
• Manage the budget for the product team effectively.
• Communicate product plans and progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10 years in product management with a focus on transaction monitoring or FinCrime.
• Deep domain knowledge of transaction monitoring and fraud solutions.
• Experience managing cross-functional product teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in fintech and banking.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
• A passion for innovation and fintech.
