• Ensure seamless file and asset management.
• Collaborate closely with producers and leadership to align post production execution.
• Problem solve in high-pressure environments to meet delivery deadlines.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously improve post production capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in film, media production, visual arts or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in post-production in a high-volume content environment.
• 5-7+ years of experience in people management and team development.
• Experience managing workloads for onsite, remote and freelance editors.
• Expert knowledge in Adobe Premiere, Avid Pro Tools, After Effects.
• Strong technical knowledge of video formats, compression, color grading and audio mixing.
• Exceptional project and resource management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with high quality finishing vendors for color, sound, and visual effects.
• A passion for storytelling and creating visually compelling content.
• Must be located in Boston, MA.
