• Contractor Fee: $1,700/month (USD)
• Work Arrangement: Remote with occasional in-person meetings
• Full-time commitment, approx. 40 hours/week

• Manage email, tasks, and calendar coordination
• Execute outbound lead generation via LinkedIn and other channels
• Maintain CRM records and assist with lead qualification
• Document sales meeting notes and agendas
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for smooth operations
• Flexible working hours with required daily stand-up availability

Requirements

• 3-5 years of freelancing experience
• Strong English communication skills (C1/C2 proficiency)
• Experience supporting sales, marketing, or GTM teams
• Proficient in CRM tools and managing contact databases
• Familiar with lead generation and LinkedIn outreach workflows
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable with excellent follow-through and time management
• Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Based in the Philippines, willing to travel within Metro Manila
