Partnerships Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Partnerships Coordinator will support influencer/creator/partnership campaigns for a DTC brand in the culinary and lifestyle space, managing partnerships and optimizing campaign performance.

In Short

• Support partner selection and campaign activation.
• Coordinate campaign logistics and timelines.
• Identify and engage influencers for collaborations.
• Manage day-to-day campaign deliverables.
• Create clear campaign briefs for influencer content production.
• Maintain influencer reporting and data tracking.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Research trends and insights in influencer marketing.
• Work closely with the Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing.
• Full-time commitment of approximately 40 hours/week.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of freelancing experience.
• 2-3 years of influencer marketing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing is a plus.
• Existing influencer relationships are advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in whitelisting creator content preferred.
• DTC brand or lifestyle/home goods experience is a plus.
