Partnerships Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Partnerships Coordinator will support influencer and partnership campaigns for a growing DTC brand in the culinary and lifestyle space, working closely with the Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing.

• Support partner selection and campaign activation.
• Coordinate campaign logistics and timelines.
• Engage influencers and creators for collaborations.
• Manage day-to-day campaign deliverables and product sampling.
• Serve as a liaison between influencers and the brand.
• Create campaign briefs for influencer content production.
• Maintain influencer reporting and campaign recaps.
• Organize contracts and agreements within CRM.
• Research trends and insights in influencer marketing.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of freelancing experience.
• 2-3 years of influencer marketing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience in managing influencer partnerships.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing is a plus.
• Existing influencer relationships are an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• DTC brand experience is a plus.
