Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of our IT services, including human resources outsourcing and project outsourcing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably with experience in IT service companies.
• At least 5 years of experience in business development.
• Strong understanding of the IT services and outsourcing industry.
• Experience with enterprise clients and supplier onboarding processes.
• Existing local client network is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English, German, and Chinese.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and resilience.
