Overview

Join Thunder’s Amplify (Managed Services) team and play a pivotal role in transforming leading organizations and communities by delivering exceptional customer experiences with Salesforce.

In Short

  • Act as the main liaison between customers and managed services teams.
  • Support customer onboarding and setup operations.
  • Create and document change and enhancement requirements.
  • Prepare and distribute reports on SLAs.
  • Ensure effective communication regarding SLA disruptions.
  • Enhance customer experience by identifying opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Drive impact in processes throughout the organization.
  • Interact with Salesforce and 3rd Party ISVs on customer cases.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Computing (SaaS, PaaS).
  • Strong communication skills and Salesforce operations depth.
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Project Management skills with knowledge of Kanban and Scrum.
  • Ability to manage project budgets and client needs.
  • Proactive in identifying and resolving client issues.
