  • Architect the full customer lifecycle from lead to loyal advocate.
  • Lead the upgrade of the tech stack for personalization and growth.

  • Orchestrate multi-channel campaigns for cohesive customer experiences.
  • Live in data, A/B test, analyze performance, and optimize approaches.
  • Collaborate with Paid Media, Content, and Product Marketing teams.
  • Hands-on role with both strategic planning and execution.
  • Celebrate wins and learn from losses in results-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a high-impact CRM role.
  • Experience migrating CRM systems like HubSpot or Drip.
  • Understanding of CRM as a growth lever focusing on revenue.
  • Ability to build plans and execute campaigns hands-on.
  • Obsessive about measurement and results.
  • Natural collaborator with a track record of working across teams.
  • Technical and creative skills in automation workflows and copywriting.
  • Thrive in autonomy and ambiguity.
