Overview

The Key Account Manager (gn) - REWE is responsible for managing and developing the regional REWE headquarters and implementing suitable sales strategies.

In Short

  • Manage collaboration with regional REWE headquarters and continuously expand partnerships.
  • Develop customer-specific sales strategies and implement them with the sales team.
  • Conduct annual and condition discussions with trading partners and negotiate effectively.
  • Analyze market and customer metrics and derive concrete actions.
  • Ensure optimal product availability and support strong product placement in retail.
  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and sales to drive joint projects.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in Key Account Management and the FMCG sector, preferably in the REWE environment.
  • Understanding of the decentralized organization of trade and consideration of regional peculiarities.
  • Ability to analyze complex topics quickly and implement strategies pragmatically.
  • Confident in negotiations and achieving sustainable results.
  • Proactive, strong communication skills, and a team player.
  • Fluent in German and English.
