In Short

• Lead the digital transformation of NRC ITAAC compliance processes.
• Develop AI models to automate ITAAC documentation and reporting.
• Integrate smart contract-based regulatory submissions with NRC and DOE databases.
• Work with the AI/ML team to predict potential compliance risks.
• Oversee secure digital compliance records, ensuring audit readiness.
• Implement real-time compliance dashboards for regulators and project managers.
• Manage a team focused on compliance and regulatory processes.
• Ensure adherence to NRC regulations and guidance related to ITAAC.
• Provide leadership and communication to stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of compliance within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in the nuclear energy industry with a focus on regulatory compliance.
• 5+ years of experience in managing compliance programs.
• Strong understanding of NRC regulations related to ITAAC.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership and negotiation skills.
• Experience with software development and integration is a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
