• Lead the vision, development roadmap, and feature prioritization for the Nuclear OS platform.
• Drive successful development and market adoption of transformative technology in the nuclear energy industry.
• Define the product roadmap, ensuring high-value automation and AI-driven insights.
• Manage stakeholder requirements from nuclear project managers, regulatory agencies, and supply chain partners.
• Lead agile development processes with the engineering team.
• Develop user adoption strategies for seamless integration into existing nuclear workflows.
• Act as the liaison between engineering, business, and regulatory teams.
• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in software or technology.
• Strong understanding of the nuclear energy industry is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in product management.
• Proven experience in bringing successful products to market.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
