Product Manager - Platform - Remote

Overview

The Platform Product Manager leads the delivery of new features and innovations to the market across Resolvers next generation platform. They will conduct stakeholder and user interviews and analyze data to build an understanding of customer needs, and hypotheses of how we can deliver meaningful value to the customer. Then they will work hand in hand with the development team and design to ensure the target outcome is achieved.

In Short

• Manage product requirements needed to support releases and initiatives outlined on the roadmap.
• Develop a strong understanding of our product and the customers it serves.
• Work with other Product Managers and Designers to determine optimal solutions for new product initiatives.
• Influence release plans to ensure appropriate time for development and testing.
• Contribute to Platform vision and roadmap.
• Ensure product features are well documented in line with product requirements.
• Design/define user flows and stories to deliver real value to customers.
• Collaborate with Marketing to generate messaging and positioning for user and buyer personas.
• Monitor feature uptake, usage, and metrics to ensure desired outcomes.
• Act as the voice for customers and stakeholders during the development process.

Requirements

• Experience in a technical role in software development.
• Computer Science, Engineering, or related Education.
• Product Management Training (Product Institute, Pragmatic, or Equivalent).
• Experience with no-code software, CRM’s, Business Process tooling, Data Analytics / BI or Reporting application is an asset.
• Experience with Information Security and/or IT Risk Management.
