Product Manager - Platform - Remote

Overview

This position can be based out of San Francisco, New York, or remote (we accept candidates from the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, HI, IL, MA, MI, MN, MT, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, TX, UT, WA, WI).

We are seeking a Product Manager, Platform to own the application platform layer that services all of Modern Treasury’s Products. This individual will lead initiatives that span from managing our data products (e.g Push to Warehouse) to our Roles Based Access and Control system and more. You’ll be enabling teams to build on top of platform systems, driving platform scale, security, reliability, infrastructure, and internal technical enablement.

You have a proven track record of establishing and maturing application platforms for internal developer teams and products, leveraging the full product development lifecycle from discovery through enablement. You understand the power of providing a product / service that serves as a force-multiplier for our products and how to define and evaluate the success of platform products.

In Short

• Build and Launch Platform Products: Work closely with sales, customer success and product teams to identify products and features needed for enterprise customers.
• Strengthen Core Products: Collaborate with product teams to ensure features are built on the application platform layer in a reusable way.
• Develop Metrics: Design metrics to support customer scale and product team needs.

Requirements

• Cross Product Pattern Identification: Ability to identify needs across multiple teams and make recommendations.
• Technical and Customer Fluency: Exposure to technical products and ability to communicate with engineers.
• Product Management Experience: Extensive experience as a product manager in dynamic environments.
• Platform Experience: Experience building services for internal teams with strong collaboration skills.
