Lead Frontend Engineer - Remote

Overview

This position can be based out of San Francisco, New York, or remote (we accept candidates from the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, HI, IL, MA, MI, MN, MT, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, TX, UT, WA, WI).

We are seeking a Lead Front-end Engineer who combines deep technical expertise with strong product thinking to drive forward our enterprise Payments Operations product. In this role, you will define and execute the technical vision for front-end infrastructure and UI while working closely with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver tangible, customer-focused outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in front-end and UI engineering roles.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership capacity.
• Proven success in scaling front-end infrastructure.
• Deep expertise with modern front-end frameworks (e.g. React, Angular).
• Strong background in component-based development.
• Proficiency in building scalable UI infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of user experience design principles.
• A product-driven mindset.
• Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
