Engineering Manager - Applications Platform - Remote

Overview

This position can be based out of San Francisco, New York City or Seattle. Join us as an Engineering Manager to lead our Application Platform team within the Platform organization. In this role, you will lead a team dedicated to building features and frameworks that empower all of Modern Treasury’s products. You’ll be at the forefront of creating scalable solutions that enable exceptional product development across our organization, focusing on key areas such as frontend infrastructure, API infrastructure, data import/export frameworks, authentication (AuthN) and authorization (AuthZ) frameworks, among other platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of management experience.
• Strong track record in high-growth environments.
• Passionate about empowering engineering teams.
• Deep technical expertise in building and scaling systems.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks.
• Ability to balance strategic priorities with tactical execution.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Experience in building platforms in FinTech.
• Focus on supporting enterprise customers.
