• Lead the Application Excellence team within the Platform group.
• Facilitate the delivery of initiatives from concept to rollout.
• Manage and coach engineers for personal and professional development.
• Create a roadmap for success and ensure maximum impact.
• Contribute code and conduct code reviews daily.
• Oversee technical decisions and provide feedback on strategy.
• Improve engineering efficiency and internal developer experience.
• Enhance reliability and scalability of high-traffic systems.
• Drive process improvements with autonomy.
• Collaborate with other engineering leaders to build a top-tier organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a senior software engineer on large-scale systems.
• Experience with Platform or Internal Developer Experience teams.
• 2+ years of management experience with direct reports.
• Strong understanding of high-performing engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills for technical discussions.
• Experience building products for internal stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a strong technical understanding.
• Comfortable working with SRE and Security teams.
• Proactive and self-aware with a focus on improvement.
