Vice President, Controllership (Head of Technical Accounting & External Reporting) - Remote

Overview

The Vice President of Controllership will lead the Technical Accounting and External Reporting function at Nielsen, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and preparing the organization for public company reporting.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• 5+ years in a leadership role in technical accounting.
• Strong expertise in US GAAP is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of IFRS required.
• Experience with SEC reporting highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with SOX compliance.
• CPA or equivalent qualification required.
• Background in Big 4 accounting firms is a plus.
