Vice President of Technical Consulting - Panel Extracts - Remote

Overview

This role seeks a strategic and technically adept leader to oversee NielsenIQ’s Consumer Panel Data Extracts and Data Feed Practice, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.

In Short

• Lead the Consumer Panel Data Feed and Extract Delivery, Consulting, and Customer Success Team.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of consumer panel data extracts.
• Provide technical consulting on ingestion strategies and schema design.
• Drive customer success through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
• Translate client Statements of Work (SOWs) into custom deliverables.
• Collaborate with product and customer success teams.
• Lead the design of scalable delivery mechanisms.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team.
• Report directly to the North American Consumer Panel Practice Leader.
• Accountable for client success and overall health of the data feed practice.

Requirements

• 3+ years working with consumer panel data.
• 3+ years leading technical delivery and customer success teams.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• 3+ years of direct client engagement experience.
• 2+ years with clean rooms or modern data-sharing technologies.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R.
• Deep understanding of purchase data metrics and demographic attributes.
• Schema optimization for ingestion.
• Projection factors and methodologies.
• Common client use cases for high-value data assets.
