Overview

The Senior HRIS Analyst I role at Nielsen is designed for a highly analytical HR technology expert who will serve as a vital technical lead and consultative partner within Nielsen’s global HR landscape.

• Serve as the primary HRIS consultant to People Organization Centers of Excellence (COEs).
• Lead the administration and optimization of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Drive technical execution of key HR cycles, including Global Compensation and Payroll integrations.
• Analyze complex datasets for executive leadership decision-making.
• Lead technical projects including requirements gathering and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and develop training documentation.
• Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in SuccessFactors and SAP SuccessFactors Professional Certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Google Suite, SAP GUI, and ServiceNow.
• Advanced professional proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Experience in leading technical projects from requirements to UAT.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
