The Manager, Sales - Pharma/Healthcare will lead Nielsen’s go-to-market strategy for this vertical, managing high-value accounts and mentoring a team of Account Executives to drive growth in the Pharma/Healthcare sector.

  • Own and execute the sales strategy for the Pharma/Healthcare vertical.
  • Directly manage key accounts and full-cycle enterprise deals.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of Account Executives.

  • Expand trusted relationships with major Pharma/Healthcare brands.
  • Manage accurate forecasting and pipeline development using Salesforce.
  • Track and communicate progress against goals and KPIs.
  • Act as the voice of the Pharma/Healthcare client within Nielsen.
  • Partner with various teams to ensure consistency in delivery.
  • Drive strategic revenue growth in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in data or healthcare.
  • Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical/healthcare ecosystem.
  • Proven player-coach in a hands-on sales role.
  • Experience in navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Consultative sales approach with insights and storytelling.
  • Adept at using modern sales tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Navigator.
