Overview

The Manager, Sales - Pharma/Healthcare will lead Nielsen’s go-to-market strategy for the Pharma/Healthcare sector, managing key accounts and mentoring a team to drive growth.

In Short

  • Own and execute the sales strategy for the Pharma/Healthcare vertical.
  • Manage key accounts and full-cycle enterprise deals.
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach a team of Account Executives.
  • Leverage knowledge of the Pharma/Healthcare space.
  • Build relationships with CMOs and media leaders.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams for client solutions.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline development.
  • Track progress against goals and KPIs.
  • Act as the voice of the Pharma/Healthcare client within Nielsen.
  • Partner with various teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in enterprise sales.
  • Experience selling into Pharma/Healthcare accounts.
  • Proven player-coach in a hands-on sales role.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Consultative sales approach with storytelling skills.
  • Adept at using modern sales tools.
