Overview

As a part of our Customer Success team at Nielsen, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by helping our customers utilize Nielsen’s products and services to achieve their goals.

In Short

  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Drive adoption of Nielsen’s Digital/Cross-Platform Audience Measurement products.
  • Work closely with internal teams to exceed customer expectations.
  • Gather feedback for product improvements.
  • Monitor customer usage and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Oversee customer onboarding and campaign management.
  • Develop materials to improve organizational efficiency.
  • Travel for client visits and events may be required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in client services/account management.
  • Experience in digital advertising and media operations.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to think strategically and respond quickly.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Passionate about digital media and consumer technologies.
