Overview

The Regional Banking Relationship Service Specialist provides first line service support for business banking lending and depository customers, managing documentation and servicing needs post sale.

In Short

• Provide first line customer service support for Business Banking Customers.
• Open and maintain business depository accounts.
• Handle Business Banking overdrafts for customers.
• Service post loan closing needs like processing loan advances and payments.
• Research and resolve service activities and operational issues.
• Ensure fraud processes are initiated and followed up on.
• Act as a product liaison for business customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
• Identify and manage risk in adherence to policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in clerical support or banking role.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to build customer relationships.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• PC and internet proficiency.
