International Regional Services Specialist - Remote

Overview

The primary function of the International Regional Services Specialist (RSS) is to deliver technical, operational, and logistical support to Mayo Clinic Laboratories (MCL) international clients, tailored to specific needs as characterized during the sales process and beyond. Trains clients to navigate MCL’s products and services, order tests, ship specimens, and retrieve test results. An effective RSS plays a key role in client retention and transmits valuable market insight to MCL.

• Deliver technical, operational, and logistical support to international clients.
• Train clients on MCL’s products and services.
• Engage with colleagues and clients to develop knowledge of laboratory medicine.
• Design and deliver custom onboarding programs for new accounts.
• Develop relationships with established accounts and document client information.
• Assess concerns and unmet needs of target accounts.
• Provide continuing education on new tests and procedural updates.
• Determine service delivery methods and frequency based on account size.
• Co-host client visits to MCL with Sales.
• Maintain client satisfaction and document activities.

Requirements

• Valid UAE work visa or equivalent work authorization.
• Ability to travel up to 80% domestically and internationally.
• Baseline understanding of laboratory diagnostic testing.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
