International Senior QTC Specialist - Remote

HubSpot is looking for a highly motivated, customer-centric International Senior QTC Specialist. If you've got the qualifications listed below we want to talk to you about our open position. In Short

• The duties of a Senior Collections Specialist include collection calls and correspondence in a fast-paced, goal oriented collections department.
• Providing customer service regarding collection issues, account review, and resolving client discrepancies.
• Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned portfolio of 100+ accounts.
• Perform varying tasks and duties necessary to reduce Accounts Receivable.
• Work cross functionally with sales reps, account managers, and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process.
• Must communicate & follow up effectively regarding customer accounts on a timely basis.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and company policies.
• Provide excellent and considerate customer service to customers.
• Work independently and with management to improve collections processes and analyze current state of business.
• Embrace HubSpot's culture code, and further it.

Requirements

• Are fluent in both English & German (verbal and written).
• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role.
• Experience working with ERP systems and MS office tools, especially Excel.
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, and as part of a team in a high volume faced paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Organized self-starter that enjoys problem-solving.
• Must be resourceful and tenacious.
