In Short

  • Handle guest inquiries via chat, email, and phone with warmth and professionalism.
  • Help guests with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using our PMS.
  • Quickly resolve any issues or complaints with empathy and proactive communication.
  • Keep guests informed every step of the way for a seamless experience.
  • Collect and share guest insights to help improve our service quality.
  • Recommend add-ons and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills — written and verbal.
  • A natural people-person with a warm, empathetic approach.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or short-term rentals.
  • Tech-savvy and confident using PMS or CRM systems.
  • Calm under pressure and great at multitasking.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a big plus).
