  • Maintain high standards of customer service.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Previous customer service experience in hospitality, real estate, or tech platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy with PMS, CRM, and digital tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset with empathy.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
