Overview

The Boeing Company is seeking a highly experienced SAP technology leader to manage the Application Development team in the SAP S/4 Center of Excellence, overseeing software development across a diverse SAP landscape.

• Lead day-to-day activities in software development lifecycle.
• Oversee development of SAP RICEFW solutions.
• Drive development efforts in ABAP, PI/PO, BTP, and Fiori.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 10+ years of experience in IT and cross-functional environments.
• 5+ years managing an Application Development team.
• Experience with SAP architecture and RICEFW development.
• Able to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong communication skills across all organization levels.
• Proficiency in ABAP and relevant SAP technologies.
• Experience in Digital Transformation Environment.
• Mentoring and leadership experience.
• Project management experience in IT.
