  • Drive hiring and culture within Metropolis Engineering.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of management experience and 10+ years in software development.
  • Experience scaling and supporting teams of 10+ people.
  • Track record of executing initiatives with strategic business impact.
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration in B2C and B2B settings.
  • Experience designing and delivering large-scale distributed systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Preferred local to New York City, Seattle, or Los Angeles.
